Louise did one of these where she mentioned some of her favourite advertisers, so I thought I'd try too,

Every cloud

This is a really sweet shop. There is only one though and it's in Dorchester. The staff are really helpful and there are lots of gift ideas in there. I think everything is handmade so that is also nice. They do jewellery, bags, scarves, soaps and lots more:D

Bow Boutique

This shop I found when i was on holiday in the Peak District. This shop also had a sweet cafe in it and everything was cosy in there. They do cards, bags, soaps etc.

I've never actually been to this shop but the things on the website are so pretty like this lovely necklace:

Real Techniques

Real techniques is a makeup brush shop. All of the brushes are such good quality and unlike other brushes, the bristles don't fall out. I have the blush one and it's amazing. There's a whole collection of them:D

The Paper Emporium

I have never been to this shop either but it was in Louise's blog so I went on their website, and its just such a cute shop. They do cards and other things. It's not my favourite shop but its got some nice stuff in it.

Top 6- films

heyy guyss,
can I just say thankyou for reading my blogs or looking on my page because I know have over 100 views:D:) It would also be nice if you could follow me and if you have a blog I'll check that out and follow you;)
Anywayy, these are my top 6 films:

1. 1. The Harry Potter series, I can't really choose one because they're all amazing!:D The highest rating is a 12 on these. But they're just so good and if you haven't watched harry Potter or don't like it then i don't know how you live in life.
2. 2. The Hobbit is a 12 and is the book before the rings trilogy. Its just amazing and full of action. I can't wait for part 2 which is out this December:D

3. The Back-up Plan. This is a 15 and is so good. Basically Jenifer Lopez wants a baby but she can never find the perfect man and when she thinks her life is going to plan, she finds the perfect guy.

4. Grownups 1 and 2, 12. They're both hilarious. I probably prefer grownups 1 but they are both soso funny.

5. What to expect when you're expecting- i think it's a 12. This is such a good film, my cousin showed it to me so I watched i on netflix and yeaahh..

6. The Hunger Games-I think it's a 12, its so action-packed and katniss is so well played. and they play little bird at the beginning:Dso its amazing

Simple and giveaway

heyy guys, 
Simple is a really good skincare brand which isn't perfumed and isn't irritant at all unless your allergic to it. I have the light moisturizer, facial toner, make-up wipes, eye roll on, facial wash and the eye make-up remover. I love all of these products and I want more.
       
I also know that there are some products from simple which aren't as good. This includes the eye make-up remover pen. I really wanted this and told Liv but she said that she already has this and it gets really dirty if you don't clean it properly so it doesn't sound as good as it looks.

Teenage Cancer Trust (Jack and Finn)

Heyy guys,
Jack and Finn Harries (Jacksgap) are in India with Louis Cole, Ben Brown, Harry Crowder, Max Cantellow and Will Darbyshire doing the Rickshaw Run which is 2,000 miles across India in a Tuk Tuk. They are doing this to raise money for Teenage Cancer Trust. 
They are aiming to raise $100,000 by 19th October 2013.
It would be really nice if you could donate some money, even £3 helps! If you donate from £10-£100+ you will get a prize. £10= a special email and £50= a specially designed t shirt. But of course you don't have to donate lots of money.
Also, the amount of money you donate is the amount of entries you get. This is also a competition with the prize being having dinner in London with Jack and Finn!

Top 6- Makeup

heyy guys, I have chosen my top 6 makeup products because I couldn't decide 5:') and thought I'd share them with you...

6. Mua Mosaic Bronzer- Natural Glow shade 1

I love this bronzer because it doesn't get too much on the brush at a time. It also contains a mixture of colours so it's not just one plain colour. It's not too shimmery but it's not matte Mua is also a reasonable priced brand. This bronzer was only £2.50

5. Mua blusher- Cupcake

This blusher is quite small but you don't need to put too much on the brush. This was only £1 I think because liv http://htandbschool.blogspot.co.uk/ bought it for me:D, It's such a nice colour and there are a few other colours in mua.

4. Natural Collection Pressed Powder- Warm

This, as well as being a cheap  product (£1.99), is a nice natural colour and isn't shiny at all. It doesn't smell and can be used on its own or after foundation.

3. No.7 Mascara- Extreme Length- Black

This mascara was a gift so I'm not sure how much it was but it's very good. It isn't very clumpy and the wand is very nice and curls your eyelashes. 

2. Miss Sporty- BB cream- 001 Nude Radiance

This BB cream can be used as a base for foundation, foundation for a natural look, it smooths your skin and feels moisturizing. There were only 2 shades so I got shade 001, the lighter one. This product smells really nice. The smell isn't too strong though. This was £3.49 but I got it for £2.49 because it was on offer.

1. No.7 Primer

This is used as a base for your makeup and smooths and moisturizes your skin. It makes wrinkles and lines go into 'soft focus'. Again I'm not too sure how much this was because it was a gift sorry.

The Fault In Our Stars By John Green

The Fault In Our Stars by John Green was a book I heard of from a few youtubers saying they really enjoyed it. One of my favourite youtubers Troye Sivan even made a song about it, buy it on itunes.

I'm not going to tell you what happens don't worry;)But here's a basic outline:
A girl, Hazel, who has no social life whatsoever has cancer so she goes to a support group and meets other people with cancer including Gus, who used to have cancer in his leg I think, and Isaac who ends up being blind. Gus and Hazel end up going out and that's all I'm going to tell you and I promise it's more interesting than that;)
 I just really want everyone to read this book because it's just so good. I read it in only a few days when I was on holiday and I didn't want it to end. 

John Green makes you feel so attached to the characters and that makes it even sadder at the end:(

Anyway, I really suggest you read it. It's very cheap, especially on a kindle but only a bit more to buy from a shop.

Oh and I've decided I'm going to try and post when I can instead of having a specific date:)

Summer In The City

Hey guys,
In this post I will be talking about Summer In The City http://summerinthecitygathering.tumblr.com/
SitC is a YouTube convention that happens every year where people get to meet you tubers and have pics and things. I was lucky enough to go this year and I had such a good time over the 2 days I went. On the first day my friend darcy came and we went off together because she came with her mum and stepdad and I came with my dad:')

I managed to meet Zoella, Tanya Burr, Louise (sprinkleofglitter), Marcus Butler, Alfie Deyes, Luke Cutforth, Dom, Roy, Cherry Wallis and Callux.

Over the two days, the event, which was held at Alexandra Palace in London, there was the chance to wonder around and hope to meet people that way or queue up, I did both. The most annoying thing about the weekend was the queuing. We had to queue for like 4 hours just to see Marcus and Alfie for a hug an a picture. On the first day the queues were just crowds and it wasn't too organised but the second day the organizers realized they needed to change the system. This made it a lot more organised and it got better.

Hopefully, I can go next year with my friends:)

Intro

Hey guys,
I'm Amber and a few of my friends Liv and Zoe ,  have started blogging and said I should too so I am;)
I don't really know what I will post just yet but I think I might start with talking about my trip to Summer In The City, which is a YouTube convention held in London. Then I might go on to talking about makeup or other things. Please comment what you would like me to talk about. I will probably post every week probably on Friday.
