DIY Joy Sign

Hey guys, 

I don't think I have done a DIY post before but here is one. I saw this is Meredith's video and wanted to recreate this. I chose to do the JOY sign and I might do the pine cone one (and do a post about that). But here is a simple way of making the JOY sign.

You will need:

Three 3D letters (J,O,Y)

A pack of lights and batteries

A drill

First of all I got three 3D letters from The Range they were very cheap but I can't remember how much. Then I drilled 19 holes because one of the lights didn't work. To work out the size the holes need to be, compare the drill end with the lights and estimate. 

Check the lights fit through the lights. It might be a bit hard at first to fit them through but if you wiggle them they will fit, or you may have to drill the holes a bit bigger.

This is the sort of thing you are looking to have.
